This work consists of producing paintings made with acrylic paint on canvas fabric and photographs that are transferred to the computer as digital images using a scanner.

The paintings were made with the video in mind and not with the painting's own language in mind, that is, the painting of a frame was only ready when that frame was already digitized on the computer and was part of the video. This video, which can be understood as a state, a way that thinks and not just a means – thinking Dubois – dialogues with the cycle of life explored in this work. Life as a state, a state of birth, a state of being alive, a state of death and perhaps an after-death state.
