The performance consists of an action carried out in a little-trafficked place at DeArtes - UFPR in which I punch, with an old paper punch, cards from the “Department of Political and Social Order (DOPS).
There is a staircase at the end of the second floor of DeArtes (UFPR). There is a card in the center of each step of the stairs with the information “Department of Political and Social Order” and on the last step there is an address “Rua João Negrão, 773”.
Not to say that I didn't talk about flowers: praise for ignorance
